Day 1 Workout
The 300 workout was a success today. In other words I actually completed the workout. As you may know, if you know anything about the 3oo workout – it’s tough! Was I actually able to do all the correct weights no but I adapted the program to my current strength and fitness level. Here’s the stats and a reminder of the workout.
* 25 pull-ups – I did 20
* 50 deadlifts at 135 pounds – I did 65 pounds
* 50 push-ups – I did 50
* 50 box jumps with a 24-inch box – I jumped over an 18 inch flat box
